There seems to be a programming error in aptdaemon, the software that allows you to install/remove software and to perform other package management related tasks. Please report this error at http://launchpad.net/aptdaemon/+filebug and retry.

Bug Description

I uninstalled KTorrent and it was ok. then, i uninstalled it with all due care, then I tried to re-install it for just a test. The reinstallation hung so after an houer I rebooted. After that. the synaptic installer tells me to *bleep* :)

Basically, I think my Ubuntu software center is hurt and so is the rest. I just reinstalled UBUNTU. Please don't make me reinstall it again?
