Unexpected error when installing .dep package via Ubuntu software center

Binary package hint: aptdaemon

When I try to install a .deb package using the Ubuntu software center it aborts with an error message. However, it works fine with dpkg -i. The .deb file I tried to install was the Banshee ClutterFlow extension v. 0.3.7.
