Bug Description

The lintian profile for installing local software packages used by aptdaemon (/usr/share/lintian/debian/aptdaemon.profile), disables the tag dir-or-file-in-opt to enable installation of local packages. However there seems to be a missing dir-or-file-in-etc-opt for those software packages that have config files specified in /etc/opt which is the appropriate directory for local software package.
