test_install_file() sees a different lintian error than expected

As seen here:

test_install_file() in tests/test_worker.py sees binary-file-compressed-with-upx instead of wrong-file-woner-uid-or-gid. Changing the lintian error checked for in the test passes DEP-8. I will attach the quilt patch I'm going to upload.

the upx case was deprecated/removed from lintian, that patch is not needed anymore, closing

status: New → Invalid
