Bug Description

By using Bittorrent we would get a load of great features out-of-the-box.

With Local Peer Discovery, a LAN would only have to download packages once (with no config/setup).

We would save bandwidth on Ubuntu's servers.

The network would be more robust as it would be p2p/decentralised.

I suggest using a dedicated download tool for this. I am working on a branch attempting to support Aria2 and Deluge.

Actually, Bittorrent isn't the only option for peer to peer technology. I'm considering adding GNUnet support to my branch.
