Bug Description

Hello! I am using apt-fast v1.6.4 from this PPA on Ubuntu 12.04 x86-64 with aria2c as my download manager. When I type "sudo apt-fast update && sudo apt-fast dist-upgrade -y", it still prompts me for permission to upgrade. It then times out if I don't press y or n. Can you confirm? Thanks!

Edit: here's the output from 'debconf-show apt-fast':
debconf: DbDriver "passwords" warning: could not open /var/cache/debconf/passwords.dat: Permission denied
* apt-fast/aptmanager: apt-get
* apt-fast/downloadcmd: aria2c -c -j ${_MAXNUM} -i ${DLLIST} --connect-timeout=600 --timeout=600 -m0
* apt-fast/tmpdownloaddir: /var/cache/apt/archives/apt-fast
* apt-fast/maxdownloads: 5
* apt-fast/downloader: aria2c
* apt-fast/tmpdownloadlist: /tmp/apt-fast.list
* apt-fast/aptcache: /var/cache/apt/archives

Finally, I did have apt-fast installed from some other ppa (or it was a git repo, I can't really remember), but before installing it from this ppa, I had removed the older version using 'apt-get remove'.
