Nginx needs restarting on occassion

Bug Description
When starting 12 nodes via ec2, 1 of the nodes did not have nginx running correctly. Logs showed that it was running, but exited. Restarting it via /etc/init.d/nginx restart fixed the issue. God should watch nginx and restart it if it fails. Consider doing the same for HAProxy and other important processes.
