Bug Description
Uploading an application via the web page times out. It could be a redirect error. The end result is a nginx time out page, even though the application was successfully uploaded.
Report from Chandra on this bug:
I cannot ever use the upload app option on the webpage without
getting a timeout error (didn't respond in time). I thought this
was intermittent, but now I don't see it ever working -- could
it be a forwarding error?
I tested this in ec2 only.

Testing on one node Xen seems to work.
