console-kit-daemon process takes up mem/cpu

Bug Description

AppScale, after running for several days, shows "console-kit-daemon" taking up significant cpu and memory. It is killable, and returns the resources back. Here is a link with a person having a similar problem:

The process does automatically start up again. We may want god restarting this process if it takes up significant memory over time.

The package can be removed with apt-get remove consolekit. This also brings down the running processes.

Console kit is needed if you're doing a physical machine install and want a desktop interface.
