Bug Description
The sender of any email should be one of the admins of the app. Currently, the admin can send an email to anyone from ANY email ID.
Note:
- The admin must be logged in before trying to send any mail
- The nginx server times out every time you try send a mail

We'll assume only trusted users are allowed to upload apps, and therefore are allowed to send emails.
