Bug Description

On https://myapps.developer.ubuntu.com/dev/apps/1030/, find_app_name() guessed practice-your-english as the package name, but the suggested package name as entered is pyenglish.

Hum, I'm not quite sure how we can resolve this. There's a discrepancy, because of these two values:

  Application name: Practice Your English
  App: pyenglish_12.06.1.tar_1.gz

Please advise how to resolve. :)

I'd suggest using the suggested package name field first, testing for a package in the PPA of that name, and then falling back to the generated name after that. The application name is more descriptive than the package name, so lowercasing & replacing spaces with dashes might be a fallback option.

Changed to suggested name. Made some unrelated changes to make pyenglish import work.
