Bug Description
I find it annoying that apport python exception hook is on on default in Ubuntu. The handling of unhandled exception takes quite long time (which is annoying) , and if I press CTRL + c during this mystical apport processing of uncatched python exception, it is quite probable that apport exception handler starts to crash every time it is called.
I have not found a good way to switch this apport python exception handler off (modifying python code is not a good way).

Tricky to do otherwise, since in order to determine that Apport is enabled you already need to run some bit of code, but maybe that can be made more efficient at least.
