Bug Description

Systemd has a tempfiles removal system - /usr/lib/tmpfiles.d or we can do a timer to do similar [1].

There are only a few cron jobs installed by default on Ubuntu and this is one - I'm trying to move the default install[2] to not have anacron/cron.

Happy to propose something if you a preference between tmpfiles or timers. This kindof seems perfect for tmpfiles though.
