Bug Description

I wanted to file a bug regarding bluetooth, so I run 'ubuntu-bug bluez'.

Apport is launched and proposes the following:

----------------------------------------
Your bug report will be processed in few seconds.
If you can reproduce it, please follow the next steps:
    - Install the package 'bluez-hcidump'
    - Open a new terminal
    - Run the command "sudo hcidump -XYt > $HOME/hci.log"
    - Reproduce the actions until the error happens
    - On the terminal, press Ctrl+C to stop hcidump.
    - Attach the file hci.log to the bug report.
----------------------------------------

So I try to install the 'bluez-hcidump' package, but...

----------------------------------------
% sudo apt-get install bluez-hcidump
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
Package bluez-hcidump is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source

E: Package 'bluez-hcidump' has no installation candidate

Pierre Equoy, thank you for reporting this and helping make Ubuntu better. As per https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/bluez-hcidump the package is not available in Utopic+. Hence, it would appear apport would want to be adjusted for these releases to not include this request, and/or provide some other suggestion.

I found that this is still the case with apport 2.18-0ubuntu2 on Ubuntu Wily. I've also found a couple of duplicates reported against the bluez package, so I've marked that as also affected to make this bug more discoverable.

This apparently was an error in the bluez package hook. /usr/share/apport/package-hooks/source_bluez.py does not mention hcidump any more in current wily, so I suppose the hook got fixed at some point.
