Bug Description
1. Upgrade from Ubuntu 12.04 to Ubuntu Q.
2. Log in for the first time.
3. Wait for gsettings-
What happens: "The application Gsettings Data Conversion has closed unexpectedly."
What should happen: "Sorry, Ubuntu experienced an internal error" or similar.
