Bug Description

QtOctave does not display its menu in the indicator applet and also doesn't show its menu in its window.
This error is printed multiple times:

QVariantMap DBusMenuExporterDBus::GetProperties(int, const QStringList&): Condition failed: action

This is very similar to bug #619811 with LyX.

For some reason the application exposes *6* menubars on DBus. Need to investigate the reason for that.

no-native-menubars Edit (1.5 KiB, text/plain)

Attached patch makes sure menubars for dock windows stay inside their window. This way only the menubar from the main window is exported.
