AppCenter don't show installed apps

Bug Description
The AppCenter don't show installed apps after run as root.
Now, allways open the list with "install" button, even if I have the apps installed.

After running "apt update" and installing Ubuntu Software Center, it does not show the "Install" button in the already installed applications. But, the Update tab is still empty.
