appcenter does NOT show installed apps & updates, NOT able remove or installs app

Appcenter not showing updates nor its showing installed apps "installed". Also cant install or remove anything through it. when clicking install its says starting and nothing happens even in progress bar. I am using Software is doing Appcenter's work and i am updating my eOS using terminal.

"My appcenter is broken and doesnt show updates, doesnt install and remove apps. I reinstalled it but its the same. When installing something it just shows a "Starting" text but then nothing happens. I've got the same problem. I even reinstalled Loki twice and I still ended up with non-functional AppCentre
