Bug Description
When checking for updates, AppCenter includes apps whose versions have been locked using DPKG or Apt-get. Updating through AppCenter ignores these holds.
This is particularly annoying because AppCenter notifies me of updates after every reboot,including updates for locked/held packages that I do not want updated, and the AppCenter icon is forced back into plank even after I removed it. I reported this bug as well.
