Clean install of Elementary Loki Beta 2.

installs via apt-get and synaptic work fine
APpcenter accepts INSTALL button, asks for creds, then hangs.

not sure if it's completely duplicate, it is Loki beta but very simillar problem exists in Loki stable. However since Beta stage is gone, I'm going to mark it as duplicate of another report from the stable version.
