Bug Description

In the updates view, we should show the changelog for packages that have updates

Just some follow up here. It seems like launchpad PPAs don't support changelogs and the Canonical solution seems to be to add launchpad API to Software. Since we're not planning to stay on Launchpad forever for 3rd party apps, this isn't a really good solution. It seems like we might be able to get AppStream Release info, but a huge problem there is that currently nobody is using this. This is probably the proper way to do things, but we need to start enforcing it across apps
