Freezes after typing two letters in search [$20]

when searching for "converter" the app lags at the "co" and becomes unresponsive. To close the app you should use the dock, right click on the appcenter icon, click close and wait until the option to force close the program appears.

I can confirm that this happens after any two letters. This must be when the search is actually initialized. This should be done asynchronously so that it doesn't block the UI

After examining this bug, the changes I have applied are:
 - Ask the core (Client) for apps and add the apps to the UI in an asynchronous method.
 - Limit the number of displayed apps in a search result to 100. I have done this to improve the search responsiveness not overloading the UI too much.
