Bug Description
[My apologies if this isn't the correct section in which to add this post. I wasn't sure where it should go.]
When I boot up Freya there's a red indicator in the panel telling me that there's an error with the repositories. I've tried using the indicator to install updates but nothing happens.
I opened the software updater settings and saw that everything seems to be connected to Debian Jessie rather than Ubuntu Trusty.
I've tried a number of simple fixes via the terminal but nothing helps.
There's probably some simple solution, and it's probably my stupid fault in the first place.
Any suggestions much appreciated.

Marking as "won't fix" since we're moving away from the Ubuntu Software Updated app in future versions of elementary OS
