Bug Description
Might be possible to use popcon here, if we can filter the list to only show non-default (as in, not included in our metapackages) apps with appstream data.
For example, we wouldn't want to recommend apps that all users should already have (like Mail), but we would want to show an app that a lot of users have installed (like maybe Gimp or something)
