Update progress bar shows progress for every 'update action'

At the update process, the progress bar fills up for every single action of the update process. For example, if AppCenter is downloading an update for a 'x' package, the progress bar will only show the progress of 'x's package download. The progress bar needs to show the progress of the whole update process.
