Bug Description
When I uninstall I get two notifications that 0 updates are available.

When installing, updating or removing the package cache is updated. Whenever that happens, AppCenter notifies me of the update count, even if it's 0.

I can confirm that this happens on any update to the package Cache, so on apt-get update, installing, removing, and after completing the updates
