Bug Description

This is a minor bug. After a fresh install of AppCenter (v.0.1) from the repositories, the database of applications is empty. I had to manually run 'appcenter --refresh-database' from the console to build the database. Afterword, AppCenter functions normally. It's a minor problem, but it would be nice if AppCenter's installation script refreshed its database on the initial install so the software "just worked" out of the box.
