Why using apps description? isn't it supposed to use apps name?

does it happen with Midori? Applications which are in ppa, and not in official repos, don't have "regular" packagekit infos and I have to edit them via an AppCenter plugin every time I need...however this is a bug as it is fixable improving the info-expander plugin
