Bug Description
For listing apps, both in search results and category views, we should not use alphabetical ordering. Alphabetical ordering doesn't really help the user
Instead, we should order results by a combo of rating and downloads. I.e. we'd order them first by their rating, but if two apps had the same rating, we'd put the one with more downloads first.
