Bug Description
There should be a banner at the top of the category view for each column of apps.
This banner should find the color used in an app's icon, then use a complementary (not analogous like Unity) background color.
Since we don't currently have ratings as a means to figure out which apps to feature, we should prefer apps that use Granite.
