Bug Description
By default, I imagine removing an app should delete it's settings and other data as well (not your data, just that app's data). But it would be good to have the option to say you'd like to remove the app but keep it's data around.
I'm not sure if this type of button already exists in GTK or not, but if not I'm imagining it could be two buttons hooked together with the "linked" class where one is a regular button and the second is a menu button. mockup attached.

Would this be the equivalent of apt-get purge and leave stuff behind in one's home folder? Is it feasible to delete _all_ configuration files of an app?
