Bug Description
aa-status --enabled reads the full list of profiles, but for finding out the required information, it would be enough to check if at least one profile is loaded.
Ways to fix this:
a) have an optional parameter for get_profiles() to check for "at least one" instead of reading the full list
b) split out a separate aa-enabled tool
