aa-genprof should check for wildcard profiles before creating new ones

According to a report on the opensuse-factory mailinglist,
    aa-genprof /usr/sbin/syslog-ng
creates a new profile. However we already have the /{usr/,}sbin/syslog-ng profile, so the result is that there are two "conflicting" profiles.

aa-genrprof should check the existing profiles not only by exact name, but also using AARE. If it finds one or more matching profiles, it should ask the user if he really wants to create a new profile.
