Bug Description
AppArmor 2.8.96 (2.9 beta2)
When using "make" and "make install" (to be exact: %makeinstall in the .spec), aa-easyprof is installed as
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 3797 Sep 7 18:11 /usr/bin/
It should be -rwxr-xr-x instead.

Is this still an issue with 2.9?
