Bug Description

AppArmor 2.8.96 (2.9 beta2)

When using "make" and "make install" (to be exact: %makeinstall in the .spec), aa-easyprof is installed as

-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 3797 Sep 7 18:11 /usr/bin/aa-easyprof

It should be -rwxr-xr-x instead.

Just tested again (while trying to cleanup apparmor.spec) - this still happens with AppArmor 2.11.
