Hrm, I'm confused by some of the needed paths in the profile:

  /usr/share/applications/screensavers/fuzzyflakes.desktop r,

  /usr/share/applications/screensavers/glmatrix.desktop r,
  /usr/share/applications/screensavers/glschool.desktop r,

  /usr/share/applications/screensavers/gltext.desktop r,
  /usr/share/applications/screensavers/hypertorus.desktop r,

What is midori doing that it needs access to all the above?

This should be covered by the base abstraction:

I don't have the enough tech skill for doing it. I just make a ad-hoc profile. I put my profile as start point. Perhaps you could modify as repo.

midori seems dead upstream: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=864951 so I think this bug can be closed.
