it is not possible to launch an app from app-catalog-ui

Steps to reproduce:
1. deploy devstack from master with app-catalog-ui
2. log in to the horizon
3. go to app-catalog > components
4. install some app
5. launch this app

Expected results:
app will be launched

Actual results:
"Danger: An error occurred. Please try again later." - app is not launched
