Documentation is backwards

Hello! First, thanks for the charm! It's very useful.

Trying to understand how it works, it feels cumbersome that all the initial part is how to debug it, and even how to deploy it from a local dir.

Most people, like, me, would want to just use the charm, so the documentation should point to that use case. For example, moving the "development" part to the end, and changing the "how to install" to just the regular commands to use it from the Charmstore.
