Bug Description
I noticed today while debugging a problem with one of our OpenID-protected sites that the teams list being queried includes text we intend as comments. For example, given a teams list such as
# Teams permitted to authenticate on this site
# Allhands
canonical
# Sysadmins
canonical-
The request POSTed to login.ubuntu.com contains an HTTP header like
openid.
I believe we have writing user and team lists like this since before the module was rewritten, way back when, so perhaps this feature this got lost along the way?
