Bug Description
It will be really useful to create an alarm for a group of resources (for example all instances where instance_name like 'server%') that fires independently for each resource.
I think it will be achievable using gnocchi groupby functionality, you can apply the filter and groupby one or more field, then each group in the result fires (or not) the alarm independently.
