Bug Description
In 1.7.1, trying to perform extract-
OSError: [Errno 17] File exists: <target path of the extracted git addon>
Explanation: to be consistent with other VCS 'archive' behavious, the Git one starts by creating the target extracted directory. But actually, the whole process has already made it. A simple test of existence is missing.
