Bug Description
Swift is most likely not up to the devstack.sh installation (ie it works equivalently)
Gunther here @ yahoo initially started syncing it but hasn't been keeping that up (he is a manager after all, haha)
Most likely we need to fix this sometime to have full equivalency...
