Anvil does not build lesscpy correctly on centos7

Bug Description
I was only able to reproduce this on a Centos 7 box without the EPEL repo disabled. Lesscpy will error during build with the following error message:
more /home/anvil/
error: line 147: unclosed macro or bad line continuation
Enabling EPEL provides a good version of lesscpy so you do not hit this during build.
