Bug Description
I have only seen this in Geany (a GTK text editor: www.geany.org). There is a sidebar that has tabs, and sometimes (usually after closing a menu or something like that) the top half of tabs are not rendered, leaving a grey area (screenshot attached).
This happens on OpenSuse 11.3 (GTK 2.14.4) and Ubuntu 10.10 (the two distros I use) and New Wave 0.8.2.
Of course I have tried to reproduce this bug with many other GTK themes, but I can only see it with New Wave.
I have installed New Wave manually in my home dir (downloaded from gnome-look.org).
