Slow scrolling in Synaptic

Bug Description

For reproducing this bug, Open Synaptic and try to scroll through the package list using the mouse scroll or the scroll handle.

The scroll is very slow, even more slow when you drag the scroll handle.

Preinstalled
Version 1.5
Tested on Karmic Koala Daily Build 30/09/09.

I think it is visible but when you have your apps fullscreen they cover the color that happens to be light grey.

Sorry I've mistaken the bug.

As far as this bug I don't see this slowdown on my PC (maybe it is a bit slower than usual but I think it is neglectable). I'll thest it on karmic though and report back soon...
