Bug Description
If reclaim_
The instance can be force deleted from the API and Skyline which overrides the soft deletion but this capability does not appear to be present in the Ansible Cloud Server module.
Setting the state of a VM as absent should either have a way to pass a flag to force delete or pass a force delete by default.
