The `anbox-webrtc-data-proxy` system unit is generating many `Operation not permitted` errors when VM image is in use

Bug Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch an instance from a jammy:android12:amd64 VM image from the local deployment
2. The journal logs are filled with the following error once the instance is running.
