Session status remains at status error when instance is started again

Bug Description
If an instance fails and is set to status "error" the session for it is set to status "error" as well. If now the instance is started again the session status remains in "error" and it is not possible to stream from the instance again.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch an instance with streaming enabled: $ amc launch --enable-streaming
2. Make the instance fail and its status set to error: $ amc exec <id> -- amsctl notify-status error
3. Check both instance and session have status set to "error"
4. Start the instance again with $ amc start <id>
5. Observe that the session status remains at "error"
