Download all button leads to 404 page on errored instance

Bug Description

On the dashboard, trying to download all logs from an instance with an error status (using the ‘Download All’ button) leads to a 404 page.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Using the dashboard, navigate to an instance in error status
2. Select the 'Download All' button

Instead of being able to download all the logs for the instance, a 404/Page not found is displayed.

Thank you for submitting the issue.

We have a fix ready, which is expected to be included in the upcoming 1.21.1 release in mid-March 2024.
