Bug Description
On the dashboard, trying to download all logs from an instance with an error status (using the ‘Download All’ button) leads to a 404 page.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Using the dashboard, navigate to an instance in error status
2. Select the 'Download All' button
Instead of being able to download all the logs for the instance, a 404/Page not found is displayed.
