Bug Description

Attempting to run "anbox-cloud-appliance init" fails as it (apparently) tries to rename a directory, but assumes that the source and location are on the same device.

Error: failed to create bootstrap needed marker: rename /tmp/.bootstrap_needed487995955 /var/snap/anbox-cloud-appliance/common/.bootstrap_needed: invalid cross-device link

/tmp and /var are not on the same device.

I couldn't find anything in the documentation to work around this.

Hey Ken,

thanks a lot for your report. Currently we do not support custom system configurations which are not following standard disk layout very well.

This however is a simple thing to fix and we will put that in our next release 1.18.0 targeted for May.
