With the standard installation of Ubuntu 16.04 32-Bit the internal speaker doesn't work on ASUS Eee PC with ALC269VB soundchip.
Workaround:
- Install HDAJackRetask.
- sudo -H hdajackretask.
- Override Internal Speaker pin with "Line out (Front)".
- Install boot override.
- Reboot.
With this workaround, no more Speaker entry appears in Audio setting.
